Welcome to the Plant Files!
The Plant Files is a plant database showcasing some of the most hardy and popular plants that can be grown in various zones from 3 to 11. In a Plant File you will find:
- Plant photo(s) and description
- A detailed list of features, attributes and characteristics (that can be clicked on to find all other plants in the database that share the same features)
- Detailed plant care instructions and suggested uses.
There are several ways you can go about finding plants on the web site:
- Find a plant by typing its common or botanical name in the Site Search in the header (above) on every page.
- Use the Plant Search to find a plant for any particular spot in your landscape or garden. (Plant Search Instructions)
